Video Jukebox - with touch screen remotes

Custom built system to function as a video juke box for an installation by Geert Mul. It resides permanently in the Netherlands Foto Museum as P15, an interactive video lounge.
Built and maintained by duyser.net. The installation consists of two touch screen remote controls, one projector to screen the movies in the playlist, and a timer screen to display the number of minutes remaining until the next movie in the playlist is due to start. The playlist is created by the museum visitors, using the touch screen remotes, who are free to add or remove films from the list. This system essentially functions as a video jukebox and can also run on automatic according to any number of playlists created by the administrator. The very cool selection of films is curated by the Netherlands Photo Museum, co-ordinated by Boudewijn Ridder and produced by Mothership.
